The boom for new phones is everywhere. A lot of new phones have been launched recently and 2013 has been a perfect year for the mobile phone giants. With devices like the Samsung S4, the bar has been set quite high for competitors. All this hype has been making a lot of fuss as LG and Acer grab all the attention, even before the IFA Tech Show.
The Tech Show will be amazing for Technology fans and all the giant companies will be showing of their gadgets; like the Sony Xperia Z1 and the Samsung Galaxy watch just to name a few. However, LG and Acer have claimed to introduce some new gadgets of their own before the show. They claim it to be the first of its kinds.
LG has been working hard to make a debut into the market by introducing the new mobile phone named G Pad. It is known for its 8.3 inch screen which produce a full-HD Display and is classified as the only such large screen to do so.
On the other hand, Acer has introduced the Liquid S2, which is also the first smartphone that enables the feature of recording video in a 4K “Ultra-HD” format. This means a revolution in the video camera technology in smartphones has been engaged and has st every other company to think that it will mean a tough competition for themselves.
To counter these surprising launches, all other companies such as Panasonic, Samsung, Toshiba and Sony have arranged for question answers session for the public as they know that getting the attention back will not be as easy as some might think.
LG has really pulled the ropes when it announced its new G Pad and has showed the world that it really is the third best-selling smartphone make, first and second being Samsung and Apple respectively. But LG has boosted its processor with an extra 200 GHz and made it 1.7 GHz, which is much more than the iPad mini and Nexus 7 which makes all the difference. The processor has also been updated and the Quad core processor surely handles the graphics well to give a pleasing effect to the eye.
On the other hand, Acer isn’t behind as well. To get the 4K video up and running in Ultra-HD display, the company has also included a Qualcomm’s New Snapdragon 800 processor. This extra horsepower will need give you the ability to film in 1080p at 60 fps.
Both the mobile phoneshave been announced to be available by October and they surely aim to hit the market for good.
