Ideally, you should spend at least 7 hours a day for your preparation. Of these, around 3 hours should be given to Physics, and 2 hours each for Mathematics and Chemistry.
The syllabus covers topics from 11th and 12th standard and you should organize your study plan accordingly. However, be open to modify your time table, if required.
Do not study for more than 2-3 hours at a stretch. It is important to take short breaks of 10-15 minutes in between.
Begin the day with Physics preparation as the subject requires to be studied with a fresh mind. While preparing for Chemistry, prepare notes and charts listing important reactions and conversion process in Organic Chemistry.
In Mathematics, try solving as much problems as possible once clear about the fundamentals. Keep at least one day in the week, preferably Sunday, to attempt a full length mock test for BITSAT.
NCERT Books are the Best
Do not begin your preparation with the complex topics. The fundamental understanding over the syllabus topics must be cleared before moving on to the numerical problems.
It is recommended to start with the NCERT books. Note down all the pointers and important formulas from the NCERT books. Point out the important chapters from which the maximum number of questions are asked and prepare those very well and then move to the lesser important sections.

BITSAT 2018 preparation would not be fruitful if you do not practice the studied topics regularly. Once the theoretical concepts are clear, practice as much questions as possible from each of the chapters to be perfect.
Practice with previous year BITSAT question papers and sample papers. It is good to follow multiple books for covering as much problems as you can, but avoid the reference of too many books.
